“I will never hire a woman because I’m scared of being accused of something I wouldn’t do.”
Nope. That's just being smart. You should always hire the best people for the job, and this includes not hiring any Karens looking to 'fail upwards' even further by suing every guy she's ever worked with for "harassment" despite being a "5" at best.
If a woman is actually qualified for the job though, then I'd suggest hiring her. But in today's climate, I kinda get why a guy wouldn't even if it's a bit unfair.

Don't EVER hire women who look and act like this! I don't give a f*ck about being called "sexist/misogynist" if it means not losing what I build up over years of hard work. Blame certain women for being entitled and selfish and ruining it for others.

+1 yBy law, yes. By other ways, no. I am not comfortable with working around women until I find out if she's safe. There are women I work around who are very sweet and pose no threat. And then there are some who just creep me out. If you don't want to hire women, that's fine as long as you don't mention the real reason. Just say "It's not my fault that the best applications I receive tend to be from men".

+1 yOf course most women chose yes. But honestly I think a buisness owner should hire who they want or don't want. Especially if it's because you fear women making sexual harrassment claims that weren't true. Also they shouldn't have to hire people who's lifestyles or religion that goes against their religion.
With that said I believe most women who claim sexual harrassment, do it for a valid reason. But there's that few who make us look bad and make men fear us.20 Reply

+1 yThat's literally discrimination based on sex and already something you're not supposed to do. I've seen this line from old white managers in the past when I worked HR and it's an instant reprimand and kicking them out of the interview process.
It's a lawsuit line.19 Reply- +1 y
But the new white managers are hiring based on sex and race anyhow. Which allegedly, they aren't supposed to do. We have the worst VP in history who fucked her way to the top while sending innocents to prison. Kentanji Brown lit up the libtardosphere when she was appointed. She is pedophile sympathizer. As smart as she may be, she only got her job because she was black and also a woman.

Uh huh. It's in your face. The one thing about Libtards do not understand. You can show them the goods. You can lead them to slaughter. Yet, they never see it. You can't feed them water. What do you want?
- +1 y
Oh, nothing. It's just funny because I've worked in recruitment and Human Resources. We try to keep those white male managers out of the interview process or silent because they're walking lawsuits who also can't pick the right hires to save their units.
But it's fine. You're never going to be in a position to actually hire, so don't worry your little racist head about it. 😉 - +1 y
@Smoke-n-Growls. I would MUCH rather gave a sexual discrimination suit than a sexual harassment suit. If labeled a harasser the man is already cooked and everyone takes the "poor woman's" side. For discrimination, the elements have to actually be PROVEN. So bring it Karen.

@Smoke-n-Growls So, it's okay in your minds to have Diversity Hires. What you don't understand is White Folk are so scared. We can't do nothing. We must have Diversity Hires attend to our needs when we have medical needs. They are so incompetent, that even if you had to spend just 2 weeks in the Hospital, you would be bitching too. They also get a free ride when they steal, simply because they have pictures on social media showing that they have garb from Africa.

The other fun thing? Somalis will fuck their Grandma's and Kids. Why? Because they can. They can't fuck anything else. And that's the truth. Ilhan Omar is a brother fucker. Can you explain that?
- +1 y
When these accused are asked why do they do it? They say, "WHAT ELSE Am i Suppoed to do?
- +1 y
That is their CULTURE. They will never get a free ride for that lame ass excuse ever.

A lot of these women want to be able to dress like total whores and are okay with benefiting when a sucker man gives her increased pay and other job perks based on her looks -- just like they're okay if they get allowed into a nightclub for free while a fugly woman doesn't get that pass. If they want a truly non-sexist world, let them start wearing oversized jumpsuits that don't show any female curves at all. Nah.. they claim that's unfair to them. Likewise I think it's unfair to men to be forced to work with women.

3.2K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. I mean by such logic you would have to say "I wouldn't hire men either because I fear them committing a violent crime to me which may kill or assault me" because stats wise with a guy it's more likely to be a guy committing such crime.
Therefore you would never hire anyone so this is just a really dumb rationale nvm sexist which is dumb within it's self.10 Reply11.7K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. That's called "discrimination," dumbass. You'll be shut down in a heart beat by a court of law, if it gets in there.
Instead you would say "she doesn't fit with the culture of the team" or "doesn't have the right experience" or "Didn't interview well" etc.
You should never be overt with why you knocked back a candidate - especially if it's on age, sex or race grounds.

+1 yYes but at the same time I get it. It is sexism by definition because you are simply not hiring women due to their sex.
But the way feminiazi have destroyed many mens life I can't blame the man.50 ReplyJust because something is sexist/bigoted/misogynist/etc. to do, doesn't mean that it's not a valid reason to not do it. The whole point of the red pill/MGTOW stuff was not to spread hatred of women, it was to explain to inexperienced men that they need to be mindful of certain things, not because most women will do things, but because any woman COULD do them.

+1 yNo I've had false accusations against me before and they can destroy your life. Sadly good women will pay for it as well but if you tend to stress about those things then don't hire women, if It's going to bring Stress and Mental breakdowns don't do it. You need to look after yourself and dependents first.

Anonymous(30-35)+1 ySome will call it sexist. The same people will call it sexist if you avoid hiring young married women because you don't want to put all the time and money into training them and then have them go out on maternity leave possibly never to return, but have to pay for and train a replacement in the meantime.
These are very real and costly problems that employers are forced to deal with in the name of "equality".

+1 yI'm just gonna grab some popcorn and laugh at the nutjobs who will think this is sexist but will be just fine with a woman crossing the street cause she saw a *horror movie screech* a man walking her way.

+1 yIt’s really an empty issue. You just hire a man and nobody would be the wiser to the whys.
20 ReplyI don’t know. Would it be acceptable to you if I refused to hire a man out of fear that I might be raped?
12 Reply- +1 y
Why would you rape your boss?
You’re just going to get fired. Prosecuted. And—this is just a guess—they’re probably not gonna give you a good reference when you try to find a new job to support yourself.
Conversely any woman could easily extort money, gain promotions, or advancement from making a false claim with little to no consequences for her actions. - +1 y
@Agagagagaga
I don’t know why you would rape your boss. Why would you rape anybody?
It doesn’t have to actually happen, the hiring person only needs to be fearful of it happening.
So the question is, would it be just as acceptable for me to refuse hiring a man as a result of that fear as it would be for a man to refuse hiring a woman?

10 Reply 981 opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. I think it is a great idea. It will limit women's opportunities and nudge them back into the kitchen - as God intended.
10 Reply752 opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. I keep all interaction with women at work strictly business, no closed office doors and no joking around or personal topics. I no longer take my team out for drinks or heaven forbid to my house

No it's not wrong for a woman to not hire men for fear of being sexually harassed. Buisness owners should have the right to hire who ever makes them comfortable. If that means turning women away, men away, turning people away who's lifestyles go against their beliefs away, etc..
Personally I wouldn't turn anyone away unless the are a sex offender or career criminal. But I'm not going to say others can't turn people away for whatever reason.
