For better or for worse, which one of these figures in your opinion seems like the truest personification of The United States of America?

We know America has seen better days since 2015 and is currently sick right now, and we also know that despite being FAR from perfect, the USA is still the best damn country on Earth (despite its corporate corruption and really sh*t politicians; like either of those are in our control).

So, for better, or for worse, who would you say is the best personification of America and everything it stands for?

If you have other suggestions, you can put them in as well, but I didn't have room for an "Other" poll option.

And for the love of everything good, if I see any anti-American, Eurotrash BS and hate-trolling in here, it's getting purged. You don't need to be blindly jingoistic, but this isn't a "bash America" post.

The founding fathers were true heroes.. I would say George Washington embodied the very values they wanted America to be implanted on.. I read that he went to the North with a group of his slaves and left while they were asleep so that they could be free.. He marched in the freezing cold with his half dead army, and still ended up fighting.. And maybe winning, I'm a little fuzzy in those details.. But I think all these guys embody America in some way.. Most in the business freedom department..

1. I'm not going to vote for a comic book character over a real person. 1b. Not going to vote for a guy who is 99% fake showbiz like Vince even tho he is a business genius. 2. Gotta go with George Washington because he put his azz on the line in a war zone... against the most powerful nation in the world. That takes balls. Plus all of the other founders endorsed him as the ideal leader & political symbol for the country.

George Washington and Captain America - prior to the 1970s. Captain America would probably be best around the early years (1783-1815) and 1940-1965. Hogan would fit more the US 1800s, so the reconstruction and glided era. The 1972 - 1992 would be Duke nukem. Donald trump, in my opinion, seems reasonable in this current time.

I think Vince would fit the 1993 - 2010 era of America.
Trump would represent Americans from 2011 to 2020 or so, even when corporate shills like Obama was in office.
Nowadays, America is pretty sick and ill due to Joe Biden, so I'd say this is the only guy to describe 2020s America:

Superman might fit in with the social gospel movement of the late 1800s which was just people trying to fix social problems instead of the government (welfare). I'm not exactly sure if his character would fit with that period though. I agree with your idea of Vince and Trump.

I have to go with George Washington. Because he set the template that all presidents were to follow.

I would think Superman would be a good representation (considering he's an illegal alien🤣🤣🤣. Sorry I couldn't resist). Actually this is not a good representation of America because notice in the newest DC movies they have made Superman more global than the old cold War Era Superman who would proudly say "I'm here to fight for truth, justice, and the American way".
