My hometown had 2 similar things like this happen.

Once we had 2 guys show up to a all black bar dressed as a kkk member

Another dressed as kkk member walking down the street holding nooses up to anyone black that passed him

2nd i was 12 and they held it up to me and my friend. They were like 40 and said "i better be careful, or i could end up in one"
