Even with the same level of evidence, you're less likely to be arrested, less likely to be charged, less likely to be prosecuted, less likely to be convicted, and if you ARE convicted, you get a sentencing "discount" SIX TIMES LARGER as a woman instead of a man than you'd get for being white instead of black.

And that's only in strictly criminal terms.
