Who are we talking about? Biden is just letting in the most unskilled and impoverished people in the world. President Trump wanted to make citizenship a merit based system where only skilled people who could get jobs and contribute to the country would be citizens. Everyone that crosses the border will cost taxpayers between 35 and 50k per person per year. They are indeed the gift that keeps on giving.
