It’s supply and demand. He shut down domestic supply then blamed Putin. He then releases from our strategic reserve and goes hat in hand to Saudi Arabia and Venezuela to increase production. They both said get fucked. The reason prices came down was because people started driving less because they couldn’t afford it which increased supply a little. Fuckup then takes credit for lowering prices even though the war in Ukraine is still going. Fuckup refuses to answer why gas prices shot up the day he was sworn in. There was no war on that day. It’s because oil is traded on futures and they knew he would stop domestic production which he did and increase demand.
