Your question is misleading because it addresses an extremely rare, thus low priority problem and ignores the elephant in the room.

1. Even though the media would have you believe otherwise, approximately 90% of crimes against blacks are committed by other blacks including murders, even liberals site this statistic when the want to "spread the crime around" by dispersing low income housing among others who mind their business and follow the rules of civilization, so they can have their homes ruined too.

2. Almost 80% of interracial crime is black on white.

but, if more white mothers on welfare reduces crime, then your idea will work. Virtually 100% of black male, white female marriages fail by year 11

The solution might be... segregation

No forcing people to marry people they may not want to marry is not the way to solve hate crime as with any crime law and order and education seem to be the paths to deal with it

They say mixed children are more intelligent and beautiful but they might also have a higher risk of disease. Not to be racist but I believe cancer is more common in some demographics. Very few in my Chinese circle get cancer.

This is not depended upon some objective reality. It is dependent upon what you see when you look at someone. Blake Griffin has talked about how when he is with "Black" friends people take him for being "Black". But when he is with "White" friends, he is taken for being "White".

No, it’s not a solution. Racists are not very logical people. My brother recently gave me 15 kinds of crap for betraying the white race (unironically). The girl that I’ve conducted this betrayal with is a gorgeous Indian girl who was smart enough to be an electrical engineer.

Also, how many hate crimes do you think are happening? It’s not exactly an epidemic. The shit is quite rare.

Sadly in my opinion it’ll never end. No it’s not because of people like me as to why it’ll never end as some people may assume well you’re racist that’s why. I believe it’ll never end because everyone is raised different. Different life experiences, upbringing. I see the way some kids are raised these days to which I don’t agree as other may not agree how I raised my kids. There’s a lot of things that play into this.
