They've been that way since the day he announced he was running from office. Here at GaG and everywhere else, at least 90% of the posts were made by the obsessive liberals. The obsessed liberals did his advertising for him, they did his campaigning for him, and they were responsible for him getting in office. If this was anything else other than Trump they would be diagnosed with a mental illness.

I saw a post on a political website that was taliking about Ashley Biden's diary, which has been confirmed legit. Biden molested his daughter in the shower when she was little and wrote that she was reluctant to take showers.

Some woke leftist fool replied, "Well, Trump said he could grab a woman in the p*ssy!" So, he basically said that Trump grabbing some goldigging adult woman in the crotch was WAY worse than Biden molesting and grooming his preteen daughter.

I'm a Canadian liberal and even I can acknowledge that Reagan, Romney, and various other right leaning figures in your country are/were men of character and intelligence. @Derekk The media was quite unriendly to both presidents Bush. They have been emboldened in the last decade and now use there ability to attack as a vecle to advance the agenda of the left.
I believe there is no reason to expect that to change in January 2025 when I expect a Republican to return to the White House.

I wasn't around for Bush 1 so I can't comment. Bush 2 wasn't somebody that exuded brain matter, and I suspect you wouldn't count intelligence as his primary good quality either, no matter your opinion of him generally. The kinds of vicious personal attacks on character and basic competence can usually be avoided if you're not lacking character or competence. I don't remember the media going after Jeb Bush or establishment Republicans too hard in 2016. We'll see what happens in 2025.
