Why won't republicans release their plan to fix the economy right now?

They have to know democrats would love to see it fixed and would be thrilled to put any republican plan in place that stands a decent chance of actually working. So why are republicans being so tight lipped about their plan? Could it be they don't actually have one? Could it be their actual plan, if they get power, is to just stop taking about it and instead distract people nonsense theatrics, like they always do?
Yes, they have no plan and are lying about the problem for capaign purposes.
No, they have a plan but are letting people suffer holding their genius idea hostage and won't reveal it until we give them power back.

Based on the comments it seems like I should have had a C. Democrats have already laid the groundwork for energy independence and domestic manufacturing to solve this problem and it can't be pushed any faster. Republicans plan only to stop talking about it so it is no longer an issue to their base, while continuing to take credit for anything democrats did that republicans can't sabotage. But in fact long term republicans actually want economic collapse because then they get all the money.

On September 23, Larry Kudlow of Fox Business on the Fox News Channel said: “The new British prime minister, Liz Truss, has laid out a terrific supply-side economic growth plan which looks a lot like the basic thrust of Kevin McCarthy's Commitment to America plan."So, now we all know not to vote for that, right?
