If it’s a joke then it ain’t racist I love The Bar jokes.
Black man Walks into a bar and ask For some Water White bartender Is Hitting up some hot Girl and all of a sudden He hears some black man yelling I need some water god damnit White bartender thinks In his head Did I just hear some black man In my bar? He casually looks over sees some black man Yelling about some water 💦
And In a panic to get the African man some water he knocks over The girls drink and her drink spills all over her and doesn’t even apologize he Gives the black man his water and Says to him your African so The water will be free to you.

The funny ones are funny. That doesn't actually have much to do with whether they're racist or not- but admitting that means admitting that "funny" and "offensive" aren't mutually exclusive, which is something most people can't do.

Some think they can, but then balk when they realize it includes stuff that offends THEM, too.

Some jokes that make good natured fun of the differences between races, religions, etc aren't bad. I would say RACIAL jokes can be ok as long as they're not meant to be hurtful or denigrate people based on race; racist jokes are not.

I used to find them funny but now recognize them as an attempt to make racism seem appealing. Not just as a thing that would be fun but also to inspire loyalty to racists - making people laugh is one of the few reliable ways to gain defenders, after all..
