In what way are they top of the food chain? Men's rights activists are generally campaigning for equal treatment under the law especially in regards to divorce and child custody as well as false allegations. We are starting to see change in these issues though very small and with many women actually earning more than their partners they are the ones who have to pay alimony to their ex and if their ex works less and has the majority of care of the kids they get custody and childcare. Still needs to be a lot of work with the false allegations, there's no real consequences for making them. Often false allegations of domestic abuse are the go to move when women decide they want to divorce that way they've got grounds, the police remove their ex from the home, she gets a restraining order on him, she gets full custody of the kids, gets to keep his belongings and the judge looks favourably on her in court when it comes time to decide custody, alimony, possession of the family home etc. Even in cases where the man is the victim of domestic abuse and police are called despite him never laying a hand on her and being bruised and beaten cops will arrest him straight away without question.

There are fathers being locked up because they can't pay their ex's alimony and child support because they lost their job.

The one great thing about the Amber Heard trial was it put on blast to the world that men can be victims of domestic abuse and that women can make false allegations to play the victim. This is not just a white male thing, this affects men of all races.

White people have all the same pressures non-white people have. The top of the food chain you speak of are not some white guy living in a trailer worried about his family becoming homeless in the next few months or taking care of their disabled child.

The true scale of false allegations is currently unknown as are actual rape cases because there's no conviction or evidence either way. I mean you are talking about rape kits but what will a rape kit confirm other than sexuak intercourse with an accused male took place. I mean if they are all these men out there willing to committ rape then surely there's a similar number of horrid women out there willing to make false rape allegations.

All I can say confidently, is that research shows women aren’t likely to report a rape. That’s from several, numerous, surmountable amounts of private research.

Now…a rapist isn’t guilty until proven (as you said). So whether these allegations are true or not…I don’t know.
