Why people consider alcohol as a validation. Like people only speak truth when get drunk, you forget every single detail (what happened last night) when you get up next day.. etc etc... Why such a myth? Hahaha.. I believe drunk people say lies too and we all know in our heart what we did when we were drunk... 😂🤣

Inhibitions are lowered when you drink.. that doesn’t necessarily mean you are more honest… might actually reduce your inhibitions regarding lying 🤷‍♀️. But you can definitely have complete black outs… you know something happened because you have blank miment.

It's known as "vino veritas", in wine there is truth. It comes from an integration technique based on the idea you need to be sober to maintain a lie and a drunk will slip up on details.
