I've mentioned it a couple of times before...

some co-worker did sexually harass and intimidated one of my best friends at work, and when I found out about that, I did go there personally and asked him why did he do that to her, and his answer was "I was just playing man, come on..."

let's just say that he had a three month vacation to really do anything else but to think about what he had done, at a nice resort called the "I See You" not something I'm proud of but I don't regret it one bit

I just really wish none of that had happened at all... but life doesn't work like that, does it? at least he didn't respond "she asked for it, man"

The only thing I can figure out from your story is that it seems like someone sexually harassed someone you know at work. So then you did something that caused them to take some 3 month long break where they could think about things other than sexually harassing your coworker?

I don't really have anything. I basically play by the rules and don't get other people involved in my personal bullshit. But we aren't talking about me right now. Why are you being so cagey about this?

I wasn't being cagey with you. I wasn't refusing to answer you at all. My answer is just genuinely bland. I told you that I play by the rules and that I minimize the impact of my actions on others, and that's the truth. I'm not going to act like I've always been some perfect boyscout, but I truly don't have anything that sticks out to me as ethically questionable.

@FilmGuy93 yes, basically... I am also a law abiding citizen, and on a more personal level, I do not believe in violence as a solution to most problems, and geographically speaking as well as under the circumstances and context of the region in which I live...

for me to take matters onto my own hands was kind of going against every rule out there, also because there was a significant possibility of retaliation, other than the legal consequences

but you know, she's one of my best friends, and I do protect my beloved ones, and the time I thought it was to put a clear stop sign to that situation, I mean the guy tried to laugh it out as if it was all a joke to him and I just didn't find it that funny, lol... but I was 20 back then, so... I've grown up a lot

Cutting people out from my live that are close to me but were doing more damage than helping. Marrying a protestant swedish woman and not care what people think (i am from middle east and orthodox) making my own decisions, the people are close to adviced me not to do it because am gonna fail, which where i did fail, BUT! A large corporation I worked for regularly threw out boxed software, including OS packages. They were supposed to go into a sealed container, to be shredded. I instead packed what I liked and wanted (part collector, part user) into my car and took it home. No regrets!
