Yes, it should be acceptable. I think it's acceptable in Ontario, Canada, but women never walk shirtless there regardlessly

It has been legal in my country since the 1990s, but it is STILL a rare sight! Women DON'T feel the need or empowered to do it here!

There's more and more every day. Not enough to be noticeable. My biggest annoyance when going topless in public are the gawkers who've clearly never seen a tit before, let alone 2. Then phone immediately pop out and suddenly there's 500 pics of you on people's phones. Meanwhile the guy standing right next to me won't be paid any attention to, save for the random gay guy walking around
