Yes, women should be allowed to go topless and be encouraged to be topless where it is suitable like at the beach. It is really absolute brainwashing to believe that breasts are sexual. Breasts are beautiful and that is why they are good and healthy for men to see and stare at. I look at flowers and trees, and also at good looking faces of women and their pretty long hair when I see them, and it is pleasant to see. I wouldn't like it if everywhere I looked I saw ugliness and vulgarity, and yet that is often what is seen in the world. However, breasts are in the category of beauty, and are a natural ornament for the women to show themselves as beautiful, and it gives them favour with men. It would also be freeing to the women, because they wrongly believe their breasts to be sexual or lewd and are always afraid of letting too much show, so they are self-conscious about a lie. They act as if their breasts were their genitals or nearly the same to a man. So if a man stares at their breasts they think it means evil mindedness, but if a man stares at their face or pretty hair, they would think nothing of it. What's really strange and absurd is that if I go to a public beach considered a ''normal" beach, I will see women careful about not showing their boobs, but they will freely show their bums, even their entire bum because it is fashionable to wear their bikini bottoms wedged all the way up their bum. Yet I see no one saying anything about this. How incredibly stupid. What is in a woman's pants? Her boobs or her bum? If you are able to answer this question then you ought to be able to see also that female bums are sexual and lewd and therefore indecent, and NOT their boobs. Women should cover their bums properly at all times in public, and let their boobs free, not the other way around. Who is designing these up your bum underwear for women and who is allowing them to go bare bum at the beach? What do you think is the motivation for this? So women hardly have any pants on at times and are wearing sensual pants in public. They don't realize their bums are not like a man's bum is to a woman, obviously, and they have got their bums confused with their boobs (in showing their bums rather than their boobs). They don't see that to show off their bum is close to showing off their vagina. In fact, their bums can be just as lewd as if they spread their legs open. Men ought to know this, but women would be utterly shocked to know it.

I said yes but only because I feel like breasts are so enticing because we don't really see them that often. Initially it would be very weird to get used to but after a generation or two breasts wouldn't be as stimulating anymore since there is no "secrecy" of seeing them. I also feel like the sexualization of women MIGHT go down if we become desensitized to breasts. This is me just brainstorming though. I could be wrong it could have the reverse effect of getting people to crave them even more.

No, they shouldn't. If they want to be topless they can just go in nudist area.
There's very few guys who go out shirtless (majority only do it in their own house / garden not outside of it) so I don't see the point of girls wanting to be topless.
