What would be the ramifications if people were allowed by law to openly smoke marijuana at any public place or at any stores, restaurants, etc?

Imagine if one day that people were allowed to smoke weed anywhere even in stores and restaurants and bars where karen bosses spontaneously prohibit it for absolutely no reason, what would be the ramifications of this?

Smoking is smoking, doesn’t matter if it’s weed, tobacco, or if you roll up your dirty socks and smoke them. It’s prohibited in most public places because their bad habits affect others adversely.

Yea but it's never fun smoking weed alone, I like to smoke weed in public spaces, I even hot box in my own car till the smoke in the car gets thick enough so when I get out of the car and into a store people can smell me and become karenized but can't do anything about it because im technically not smoking in the store.

I don’t need police. I can handle assholes, dickheads, and people who think being obnoxious on my own. Those who have experienced them probably wished the police had been removed nvolved. They would have ended up better.

That would get shut down pretty quick, the days of smoking indoors are over. And around here it’s not strictly legal, but people smoke pot in public all the time. Nobody cares
