The party in its current form doesn’t pledge to accept the will of the voters or peaceful transitions of power. They also are pursuing voting restrictions and fringe legal theories that would give state legislatures the ability to refuse to certify the vote if voters don’t choose “correctly”.

I guess you can look at the abortion issue. At end of the day they are taking a persons right to choose from them. Regardless of what you think morally or ethnically... this was something people had the freedom to decide for themselves, and now the freedom is gone. There was no vote on it, there was no legislation, there was no referendum, the Supreme Court Judges just over turned something that had a legal president for over 50 years... thats not democracy.

Trump and anyone that refuses to accept the results of the 2020 election is refssing the will of the people, and a threat to "democracy".

Let's say 2024 election Trump runs and loses again, but this time they burn the capital to the ground, and start killing government officials and taking control. That's a real threat to democracy.
