Ain't it time we have a "DENIAL MONTH"?

We in a society that appreciate the black, gays, women. enough to give them a month. We gots Black History month, gay pride month, women's history. When people asks my birthday, I feel bad to say February. I says "the 23rd day of Transgender Month' so as not to offend anyone.

But what's all dese months has in common: dey reminds us that human beings have a dark past. The names of des months tell us a story: that onst upon a time transgender ain't have no month or acceptance. We onst was a time whens women can't vote. When them blacks called dirty words. When Mexicans was thought to be stupid.

So, I suggests a "Denial Month" a whole month wheres we all just pretends that there is nothing wrong with us whatsoever. A whole month where we just imagine, 'Shit, we perfect we've never done anything wrong in our history." Coz I got to be honest, for once I just want to feel like everything is all right the way it is.
