Yup I’m absolutely done with pride month. I’ve had over 15 videos pop up on my feed about pride. It’s annoying. Don’t get me wrong, I have nothing against people who like their own gender. However who they are attracted to is their business. I don’t wish or want to know about it. I get that you’re proud to be what? gay? However I don’t need to be reminded constantly.

I think it's great. Maybe a bit too many weirdos at pride, but for the most part it's pretty tame and wholesome.

Like, as a month it's great. The events that come with it aren't too bad either. Everywhere becomes a bit more colourful. It's nice.

Pride is a protest and it needs more doing. So long as transphobes are front and centre of American politics (and especially afterwards), Pride will continue to be necessary and good.

Yeah, I have nothing against LBGT community and in fact, I have gay friends, but I don't need to hear about it all the time, especially now since they're trying to bring that shit to children's education. Education should be apolitical and scientific based for public schools (private schools can pretty much do whatever they want I think, but I'm not sure if they have to follow the Department of Education's guidelines).
