I asked because he was making a speech, and he started talking about how a werewolf could kill a vampire and that he no longer wants to be a vampire, and he wants to be a werewolf instead? Does this guy really have a chance at winning Georgia?

He is insane but sanity and competence is sadly not a prerequisite for many voters. So he does have a chance of winning but I think Warnock will edge him out.
