Should I stop copying white people?

I am Asian and all the things I see on tv seem to be just not my thing. I tried to copy what I see on tv but it’s not happening. What should I do? What is my destiny?

Do not for one moment think what you see on TV is better than your identity and ethnicity. If everyone was just as you, the world would lack variety and be boring.

TV is not suppose to be by any means an accurate depiction of how to live your life or how life is suppose to be. Shows and movies are just one person's opinion on how they feel it either should be or want it to be or just what others will want to watch for whatever reason
