If women are supposedly "more mature" than men, then why do the vast majority of them appeal to emotions in arguments or discussions instead of logic?

Compare discussions, debates, and arguments between a man and a woman and most of the time, I see more men using logic while women use emotions. Women also tend to get more easily personally offended by trivial things on average than men all from my experience.

You are already off to a poor start, I suggest re-reading your paych textbooks. Numerous empirical studies across a multitude of areas of study have indicate that women mature earlier then men.

Well that's the same reason women use emotions rather than logic. Telling a woman to not be so emotional is a fruitless endeavor. When it comes to women you just have to establish ground rules. Tell them what you're willing to accept and what you're not. And then STICKING TO IT!
