Why do younger people today expect soo much of themselfs?

We lived in a world today where people in their 20s and 30s think they know or should know far more than is appropriate or reasonable for a person having worked and lived soo little.

Why is nobody telling us what a reasonable expectation is?

How are we getting theses ideas and expectations soo advanced beyond what is both economic and realistic for our level of experience?
