Clarify, are you referring to biological sex when you use the now recently redefined for personality term "gender"?

The answer makes a huge differences because if your personality changes then your clearly a different person and would choose to likewise act differently. If its just your sex/body then it depends on how it happens.
For such to even work there would have to be some merging of parts of the brain as well to to allow a female brain to mange a male body and vice versa. Its unclear how that would effect the person.

So if I think have my memories and mind and think like a man but have a woman's body? I don't think I would have an attraction for men so I would probably be a lesbian I suppose and start pursuing the prettier lesbians. I would probably need a while to figure out make-up and clothes but I would definitely try out the new equipment with a dildo maybe and play with my boobs.
