Was the match: Argentina VS the Netherlands unfair?

I'm Dutch and Personally I believe that the ref was so unfair. Argentina should've gotten red multiple times. I'm not just saying that because I'm Dutch. Argentina was very aggressive the entire game. They should redo the match with another ref.

Perhaps Messi got away with the first foul, but I thought the ref was favoring the Dutch more. No red card for pushing the Argentine player to the ground, a free kick that shouldn't have been awarded, and extending the match until they scored. He already issued like 16 yellow cards, which is crazy! But the Dutch have no one to blame but themselves. They started playing dirty, so the Argentines started playing dirty. No, there is no reason to redo the match. It doesn't work that way. I agree the ref was shit, but in the end the Argentines won fair and square. You're just mad because they whooped your butts in penalties. Honestly, fuck the Netherlands, especially Van Dyke. I've never respected them as they've always had a reputation for diving and agressive fouls. They deserve to be out. They were so cocky about their 6'8" goal keeper and he couldn't save them. You're just mad that Argentina is better.

I just think the referee ruined the game with his fetish for blowing the whistle. In the last 20 mins of normal time it was every 10 seconds, and it just stopped the flow.
I did like the ref before but after that game it was appalling, I think he was equally bad.
I know as you're Dutch you will feel hard done by, but I think the main thing was the teams performance. You didn't show up till the 80th minute. Then extra time you had momentum to go on after the late equaliser but then sat back for penalties against a good penalty side and great keeper.
Overall I think Argentina deserved to win, but not my the manner of the game

I found the referee to be reasonable for the amount of aggression that was shown by both teams. He could have given red cards to the Dutch players also, during one „discussion“ I saw one player to grab Messi by the neck.
By the way, the Dutch goals were awesome.

Yeah, and another Dutch player pushed an Argentine player to the ground during that scuffle and got off scott free. I'm surprised there weren't any reds.

I'm Romanian, i thing Argentina play fair and squer.
Netherland play like huligans even in 2010, they play like some frustrated nation.
Who know what the player from the Netherland bench say to the Argentina team in order to piss off that player and shot that ball.
