Yes he should. There ought to be an age cutoff at around 60. Not only is there concern of cognitive decline but anyone of an advanced age could pass away suddenly or become infirm and not be physically up to the job. It isn’t anything personal against Biden or Trump or anyone else but I think it’s too much of a risk for the country.
