The best thing to do is invest in south America. Same exact thing we do all accross the globe with our army bases. Even Japan and South Korea even having hostel pasts.

The current crisis is an influx of asylum claims. Under international and U. S. law, those claims have to be processed and applicants allowed to enter in the meantime. Congress needs to allocate more resources to expedite the process.
