Louisianna it was a shit deal anyway garbage land i would hang on to california just for the simple fact that they still have the giant sequoia trees I just wish they could get the people out of california and make it a forest preserve rather than high density human habitat like it is now

Any of the poor southern states. They require a lot of redistributed federal revenue from other states just to survive. I read somewhere that nearly half of Kentucky’s budget is funded from redistributed federal dollars. Sorry but that’s not pulling your weight.
