If Kari Lake is successful in throwing out this election in Arizona could Trump say we have the same issues as Kari so the national elections is void? See the concern here. What your thoughts on this?

That's pretty far-fetched... Kari's case is much narrower and more easily investigated. One of the major problems with Trump's case was the sheer scope of the claim: it's one thing to prove that something happened, it's another entirely to prove that it happened on enough individual cases to change the overall outcome of an election. It also didn't help that the judges didn't want to even look at the cases and used any excuse they could to avoid it. Even with Kari, it appears as though the judge is trying to do the bare minimum of appearing to make an effort, but only by taking the cases that are most difficult to prove, and even so most likely wouldn't actually overturn the election anyway. I would bet fairly handsomely that nothing of significant value will come of it.

Lake’s case is a Hail Mary that basically plays to the election deniers in her party’s base. Not only does she have to prove the irregularities she’s claiming were malicious in nature but also that they affected the outcome of the election. The case will be dismissed rather quickly. Trump’s ship sailed a long time ago. His claims were never fact based in the first place and, even if he could prove fraud more than 2 years later, there is no legal or constitutional avenue for him to return to the White House. All of this election fraud stuff has been nonsense from day 1.

No. Once the Congress confirms the Electoral College votes there is no constitutional recourse. Even if Trump were hypothetically able to prove that there were 20 million fake ballots cast for Biden, there would still be no way to change it. That election is over, over, over. Arizona state elections operate under different rules

You're deluded, as 8 out of 10 of her claims were thrown out. The 2 "claims" will also be thrown out on trial. The only reason they could not be thrown out with the other 8 was that the judge did not have all the pertinent information to hand.

You, like Trump and Karis "cry me a" Lake, are just too dim-witted to understand how the election process works. It is not "rigged" because you lost, you lost because you didn't campaign properly.
