@exitseven So, does this mean no testing for them? Will you still need to be tested?
In the State where I live, it is riddled with migrants that don't know the driving laws and aren't interested in learning them either. They just pull straight back out of a parking space (like at Walmart) without looking!! They go through red lights, don't yield (but I don't think they know what yield means 🤷🏼‍♀️).

supposedly they just need a drivers license from whatever 3rd world hell hole they came from and loke magic they get a drivers license. It costs me 50 bucks to get one. They get it for free. With it they can sign up for welfare and all kinds of other benefits, And most important is that they will be able to vote. Not legally but it will be another way the democrats can cheat because there is no way to tell who is a citizen and who is not and the democrats know this. .

Anyone who wishes to opine on the internet will need to, first, be issued a “speech permit” so that it will cut down on the spread of misinformation. Anyone discussing issues without such permit will be charged with civil rights violations using Title IX for violating the rights of others.
