Why do people tell incels the reason they can't get a girlfriend is because of their personality when there's women that date assholes/thugs?

By asshole i mean a dude that has no respect for anyone. Bullies people especially men that are weaker than him and has been arrested or has criminal charges (assault, battery, sexual assault). a lot of women still find these men attractive regardless of their personalities. It's not always a personality thing

I dont even think its because of their personality, sure its not a GOOD personality they generally have but quite frankly I have not found a red flag that is big enough to prevent someone from getting a partner no matter how poor the results might be.

What I think is the main problem with Incels is that they refuse to put in the work and they expect to be handed what they want on a silver platter. In other words, entitlement. If someone is prepared to put in the work then even if they make literally zero self improvements they can still score a partner in due time. Of course, the better you can present yourself the LESS work you will have to do but I dont think it changes the outcome AKA finding a partner.
