Losing about 75 pounds. The goal is to lose 50 pounds by the beginning of 2024. The ideal is to lose 50 by October, and possibly 75 by 2024 - with the ultimate goal of keeping it off consistently. Not lose 20, gain 15, lose another 20, gain back THAT 15...

Ideally, I'd like to fit back into some clothes I haven't been able to fit into for a few years. Maybe look better, too. Hopefully feel a lot better.

If I gain muscle, as well, that's a plus, vs just losing the weight. I mean, if I way 210 with decent muscle and little body fat, then that's more worthwhile than being 160 and thin, but getting rid of the gut is my main goal.

I'd also like to surprise family and friends with the weight loss.

If I even decide to make goals, I think I’d want the goal of actually keeping those goals. I was just going to go with the flow, but now I’m getting curious and interested. A fresh start and new year seems very appealing to me at the moment 🤔😁
