Why do people who don't like a current president always want to impeach them for any little thing they do wrong?

It goes further back than that - basically every president since Nixon has been threatened with impeachment. It has largely lost its value as a concept.

That said, the situation with Joe and Hunter is 100% an investigation into Joe's role. It was previously assumed that anything he has done was while he wasn't holding office, and therefore wouldn't really be touchable beyond torching him in the court of public opinion. If there's been new developments in this, I'll admit I haven't been following it because frankly I don't believe there's any chance of serious recourse even with incontrovertible evidence. Even if the Republicans managed to get the entirety of their party (including the RINOs) onboard with it in the house, it would die on party lines in the Senate.

It's become a fad. The Republicans set a precedence in the 90s when they impeached Clinton for a bullshit reason. It was pure politics. I thought they were nuts - not just for doing it but because of the precedence it set. It was completely predictable that the Democrats would do the same thing as soon as they got a chance. Impeachment has become a political tool. It should only be used in the most extreme cases.

I expect it to continue and probably get worse.

What Hunter did was wrong. And Hunter was the only one in that situation that did not get in any sort of trouble for the obvious fact that he is Bidens son.

Correction.. Conservatives want to impeach Biden because of his INVOLVEMENT with his son's problems. And that involvement is well known and documented. This isn't made up BS that liberals love to toss around.

You can also add the fact he's (Biden) refusing to follow US Immigration laws and allowing untold MILLIONS of people to enter the US illegally - an oath he swore to uphold.
