ALL definitions of murder are about morality. No exceptions. Same goes for all other crimes.

There is a wide spectrum of what people think constitutes murder. What's legal and illegal is nothing more than a compromise that has the least amount of disagreement.

Nobody can prove, by any definition, that murder is wrong. It's 100% a moral judgment, which not everyone agrees with.

Perhaps you are the type of person who would have shut down any type of gay marriage before it became legal instead of helping them legalize it back when the defenition of marriage was between man and woman, since you care so much about legal definitions.
