Why people are so angry and frustrated nowdays?

I have started to notice so much troll and hate on other people and it's getting more common now what is the reason that people are so angry on social media about everything that they insult those who are strangers

Any platform where it's easy to pretend to be someone else, or where you can say anonymously things is bound to have people venting their frustrations, or just trolling to see if someone gets upset.

Just look at the questions posted anonymously here. There's a reason why most ignore anonymous questions after a while, there won't be a real person asking such questions.

Yes i am sure because some use fake account but some use their genuine account as they have their own reels n family pictures in there feed

Unlike in person, talking shit online doesn't get you hit immediately, so it seems like a safer option. Less likely to be severely punished gives you freedom to get away with things.
