I’ve noticed that every time I interact with people, they’re usually really negative and just want to complain about something or someone. It’s like lately people just want to fight and be mad about everything. I feel like before, people were a lot more positive but lately it feels like everyone just wants to find a reason to not like someone. Has anyone noticed this as well?
Here in the United States of America, I've noticed this myself, and not just lately, but ever since the COVID-19 Pandemic was declared.
First of all, I think the COVID-19 Pandemic had (and is still having) mental health affects. So many people were angry with other people (and rightfully so) for not wearing masks, and not getting vaccines. It's made people rather bitter towards other people.
Aside from the pandemic, people are struggling just to afford daily life, we're seeing catastrophic climate events, a worldwide rise in fascism, and our entire quality of life seems to be in the gutter.
As a result of all of this, it makes many people angry, and negative.

I have noticed it, sometimes you get attacked for no reason. One reason I see is people seem to think, a lot, that their opinion is fact and refuse to acknowledge the other side. So it gets the other side upset and they retaliate creating an endless cycle.
