Because they live in an alternate reality, where BLM was burning cities to the ground and many people were murdered.

Jan 6th on the other hand, was simultaneously an antifa plot, a false flag operation, a guided tour that was harmless, and no matter what evidence there is, Trump did nothing wrong.

Because they are playing a team sport, and if you make running a country a sport between two teams there will be losers and winners, fanaticism, money, and spectacle.
