Why It’s So Hard to Stop Crossdressing?

I'm a cross dresser and I gave up and trying to stop decades ago. I just came to terms with it and accepted that the fact I crossdress.

But I never figured out why I do and why I couldn't stop wearing. The best thing that I can think of is Obsession with a combination of Addiction, but I'm just quessing. What's your reason why many can't stop?

I don't know if you are obessed or addicted.

But i know it is a part of who you are.

So you not doing it is, literally trying to stop being yourself.

That is one of the hardest things to stop doing.

You got to remember. I spent many years trying to force myself to hide something that was who i am because i felt i was wrong.
So I completely know what you are talking about.

I stopped biting my fingernails. I stopped right before I left for basic training. I tied it to a big event like that. Maybe you can do the same thing.

For me it is definitely an addiction. I can't get same level of intense sexual pleasure that I can as a hot lingerie clad woman by being a straight guy. The fact that I am becoming the woman I desire to be is a drug in itself and going as far as trying to experience this fully with a man is an off the scale erotic experience - as so many taboos are being broken. Given the power of the sexual experiences you can as a woman you really don't want to ever stop. In fact for me over time I have spent more and more time as a woman as my addiction grew. These days I try to spend as little time as a male as possible.
