If he offered you x dollars for sex, you could draft an invoice for the provision of massage services (or something else) for that amount then you can receive the money legally. Whatever happens after or during the massage service is now not a paid act. I'd strongly encourage you to actually provide a little of said service, be it cleaning, massage or otherwise.

It is legal in Nevada and Atlantic City. In Nevada you have to be in a brothel. I don't know about the rules in Atlantic City, but I bet they are the same. That would be illegal, and I would be weary of such invitations; plenty of scammers online offering the world only to leave you high and dry when it is time for them to give you money.
