Let's say for example I use a word that I am not allowed to reclaim, because of the degree of its offensiveness. But when people try to cancel me, I lie that I am actually mixed with that culture I used the word that is offensive against. Is that bad?

You do understand that race and culture are two different things?

Race is how you look.

Culture is how you were raised, the history you remember, the traditions/holidays you honor, etc.

It is not related to how you look.

In today's day in age, that's a tough question. I think if there is a "prefer not to say" option, I'd recommend that especially if you are white or Asian to get around the racist affirmative action policies.
