If the Ottomans had won in Vienna, what would be the state of Europe now?

I think considerably different. Obviously there would be conversion to Islam and further expansion on the European plain. I think they would have held it as they had elsewhere.

Within a couple of generations it would truly Islamic as the children would have been brought in that faith rather than having converted. How far Islam would have spread along the European can only be conjectured with little geographic features stopping them.

There would possibly be little western culture left.

Pretty much the same, actually- they weren't in a position to hold any great gains they had made. Borderlines would've moved briefly, but aside from a slightly stronger Turkish cultural presence in Austrian history, not much would be different. 1683 simply wasn't that long ago.

Now, if the Ottomans had won at Lepanto, you'd see MUCH bigger changes.

They would have colonised it and killed or converted the Christians there. Today it would be a Muslim land. As you know Muslims don't give up land they conquer or allow non Muslim natives to rule themselves

About the same because those of Islam or in the Muslim world raise their hands against every nation. Whether it is the Communists of Soviet Union, Americans, Europeans, etc They are always forcing Nations to discipline them. The Communists ones kill them right out...
