Who is in the wrong? The driver in the other lane (opposite direction wants me to move so they can drive in their driveway?(main road) in the UK?

Nobody is in the wrong. Ideally you would leave a space but that isn't always practical. If his indicators on then the next driver would normally let him turn.
Occasionally you'll get a driver who's just a prick, ignore them.

There's literally 10 plus driveways on that road so that wasn't possible hard to tell who would want to pull up wanting to go in their driveway. I was in traffic then she turned up and demanded me to move and tutted in disgust at me so I put my middle finger up at her. Sorry I couldn't help it. She was in a range rover and thought she was God

Unless you can't reverse because there is a car behind you and you are waiting on a green light you are not wrong.

I don't know about the UK, but in the U. S. I'm fairly certain it's illegal to block someone's driveway, regardless of traffic conditions.
