Would you say it’s ‘bad’ to not be politically aware?

When it comes to anything do with politics I am very apathetic. I don’t watch any news and I don’t read stuff about it either. That’s not to say I don’t have a couple opinions, but that’s just on what I already know, but I’m not like ‘keeping abreast’ of current events.

If I’m being honest I’ve only just barely acquired a will to live so it’s like I just couldn’t care less about who’s running for what and blah blah. I know that’s bad, I know it’s not right but I just can’t do it unfortunately. What are your thoughts on this.

Yes, it's bad. You don't have to be obsessed with politics on a daily but you should be moderately aware of what's going on politically both domestically and internationally.

Wheather you like it or not politics will have effect on your country, job opportunities, civil rights etc.

You don’t have to make politics a weekly chore. But as a citizen be responsible and before you vote get educated on the candidates and things up for vote locally
