Each black got 40 acres and a mule back then. If they had this same land today they would probably be millionaires. If they wasted it that is not our problem. They got reimbursed back then. They don't get to double dip. Besides there are just as many groups who would qualify for bad treatment, like the American Indian, and even the Japanese Americans in WWII who lost their businesses and homes when put in interment camps. But did anyone reimburse them? Noooooooooo! Plus I'm pretty sure you would have to have been a resident for a period of time to qualify, or every rapper in the country would be flocking in driving their Bentleys.

I'm not white. The problem is no one living has been a slave. Slavery ended several generations back. Any black with the slightest bit of self-respect would see this for what it is. And they're not Kunta Kinte or Chicken George. San Francisco doesn't have the money to pay this anyway. Besides, even in a hypothetical scenario where such money was available and approved for payment, there wouldn't be much left after deducting the billions in property damage done by blacks in riots (Rodney King, Ferguson, George Floyd).
