They are including Hispanics in this. The only ones excluded are white people. I don’t agree with it but California really seems to be the place to be for a person of color. Plus, live next to a beach? Sounds nice.

Yes, since California is more open to people who are not fortunate to be born of the noble European blood. Places like Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Kentucky and other red states are very racist. I've seen it with my own eyes.
There's tons of Hispanics there so you'll fit right in. Cost of living is high. They have the highest homeless population in the country. The beaches are great, but don't expect to get to live anywhere near them.
I lived there for a long time so you can ask me any other qs you have. Not sure if it's a good idea overall. A lot of people have left. But there's also always an influx of new people, too. It's "the land of dreams", right. But many stay only two years. It's not an easy, cushy life. You have to hustle to make it there.
@The_Sal lol. I haven't heard that first comic, but I do remember SNL's The Californians. It made me chuckle. Nowadays everyone's got maps on their phones so locals are pretty self-sufficient. (Tourists are overwhelmed. Public transit is not good.) But yeah, in general LA has the biggest urban sprawl, it's famous for it, so route choices do matter. And people are often late. Just part of the culture.
Fk no. as a Hispanic, I'd consider this a way of buying my vote, and I won't be pimped. I'd be weary at where's the funding coming from for this initiative.

Maybe. However, stick to the coast, and stay away from the central valley (the north-south strip roughly Bakersfield to Merced, adjacent to Hwy 99). The coast is very nice for the most part, but the central valley is like a replica of the worst parts of the south. Also, many parts of Los Angeles are mostly friendly. San Diego is great as are Oakland and San Francisco.
I wouldn't vote for you. You have no integrity. You say you're not for this but yet you're still are gonna do it. White people will rise up again, we don't need you. We are the master race.

don't count on that state taking care of you when the shit hits the fan. They have a homeless crisis and probably the largest wealth inequality in the Union.
oh and if you can only qualify by living in Oak Town then that is not worth it either. The fact that there are 10K white families in the same neighborhood invalidates white privilege.
Yeah, I know. It is seen as normal to be racist and step on white guys. I’m going into politics and I want to be a speaker to stand up to all of this since I’m a brown guy and white people can’t really stand up for other white people. It’s gotta be colored people doing it. I gotta help out. Some already started.
