Is Ronald Reagan the BEST Presidential JOKE TELLER?

Question

Former US President Ronald Reagan had a great sense of humor and loved to tell jokes. Here's one of my his favorites:

President Reagan was visiting Russian President Gorbachev in Russia and they were sightseeing. In the vehicle were the two men and each one had a security person (Secret Service and KGB) with them.

They came upon a waterfall and all got of the car to look at it. Gorbachev looked at Reagan's Secret Service man and said, "Go head, jump off the waterfall." The SS man declined, saying, "But sir, I have a wife and 3 kids!"

Gorbachev turned to his own KGB man and said, "Go head, jump off the waterfall." The man immediately walked to the edge and jumped.

They three men looked down and saw that the KGB man was getting dressed, all wet, and Reagan asked the Secret Service man to help him, and he did.

A short time later, the two of them returned to the top of the waterfall. Reagan looked at the KGB man and asked, "Why did you jump" to which he replied "I have a wife and 3 kids!"

For telling straight up jokes, maybe. He was, after all, an entertainer by trade. Nobody tops Obama’s participation in some of the best comedy bits in the US, sometimes even at his own expense.

I guess it's a good response. Better than "Ok" or "No". But he is one of the best presidents the country ever had.
