Does politics bore you?

I can only speak from an American perspective, but I'm bored of our domestic politics. Instead of working on systemic issues, we rile up people on the outrage de jure so politicians can get more voters to the polls. It's distracting. Talking about woke culture or Twitter takes air out of the room when we need to discuss things like the drug war and infrastructure and whatnot.

Internationally, the US behaves however it wants, while expecting other countries to obey the rules it doesn't follow and can't enforce (e. g. "you can't have nukes, but I of course can have thousands"). It's laughably delusional. . . so much that you unplug due to the idiocy

Mostly no. But just nastiness disguised as politics does. If I want that, I'll go volunteer at my local middle school lunch room.
