Hard to explain but I will try. When it comes to sports, there is a black anthem, most of the players are black, the singers and performers are mostly black, the advertisements are mostly black, the music played is only by black artists but it still is not black enough according to people. What happened to diversity inclusion?

They want more black announcers and more black coaches.

If you think about it, why do they want the NFL to become more black if most of the players are already black. Plenty of black assistant coaches. The two head coaches were white but they proved to be great head coaches.

Well if the NFL is targeting an African American audience more power to them, they must believethat black folks spend more money than white peopleor Asians or Hispanics on over priced merchandise despite being only 30% of the us population. The rest of us just cared about the football as we always did, we don't care what color players are or coaches. White people if excluded or disrespected by the NFL just won't hand over our hard earned money and won't watch.

I'm surprised they're not pushing for more women and transgenders into the NFL. they are clearly lacking in that department when it comes to diversity. they need some fat players too to prove the NFL isn't fatphobic
