No. Biden's visit to Ukraine is a political stunt linked to his reelection campaign. Anything discussed with Zelinsky has already been decided. Is it the end for Russia? No. Its likely that its been decided to give Ukraine f16 &f15 fighters and maybe some of the more obsolete fighters the the US has in mothballs like the F4 phantoms & A4 skyhawks, A7 Corsairs. The US military is getting rid of all its old cold war era equipment to be replaced with new stuff. The US military has enough surplus military aircraft in mothballs that could equip the airforces of most other countries 10 times over. The US plans to make Russia bleed in Ukraine, even if Russia wins it will cost them and weaken them. The US has warned China not to supply arms to Russia or their will be consequences, this is the US goading China I to supplying Russia weapons so they can see what China has. Also Trump said something very telling when he was president which demonstrates what US policy is towards its NATO allies. He said Germany and other countries needed to spend more on their militaries, contribute more to nato and stop relying on the US military to make up the difference and stop buying Russian oil/gas instead they should be buying from their ally America.

The visit was merely a show of support and a demonstration of American resolve. Biden will likely keep funneling arms and equipment to Zelenskyy as long as the GOP majority in the House doesn’t pull the plug on funding. This is designed to tie Russia up in an unwinnable conflict that will weaken them economically and diplomatically over time. The U. S. did the same to them in the Afghan war in the 1980’s. Russia will inflict self-harm to avoid looking weak. It’s why they engaged in an arms race during the Cold War that they could not afford. If the West remains united and China stays out, Russia is in for long hard fight.
