Do you think Ukraine will win the war?

Russia is adapting to modern warfare but they still have a lot of money invested in traditional military like tanks, planes etc. Ukraine has become extremely good at drone warfare and they're also making them themselves. 10 Million Drones is their goal this year. That's almost 30'000 drones a day. Russian resources like manpower and military gear are limited but these drones are very expendable so it's hard to fight effectively against an enemy that isn't exposing themselves.

Ukraine have become become very efficient and effective. Even if you jam a drone with AI software if it's trained well enough it can still hit the target and detonate. This is what happened when they took out all those planes.

Apparently Ukraine has been training AI with older Russian planes from museums to recognize what they look like from all angles in different conditions and so they were able to destroy the extremely valuable planes with cheap drones.

It just seems like Ukraine is doing more with less and they're extremely determined. They've also gained a lot of experience from the constant fighting over these years. I hope they can survive this and rebuild their country.

The mass graves of unarmed civilians, the snatching of Ukrainian children to force them into re-education camps to force them into indoctrination of Russia, robbing art and priceless artifacts from Ukraine Museums, sending missiles into children’s hospitals also apartment complexes, etc.

One of the most heinous war crimes we are hearing came straight from recent intel. We have information to believe that Russia utilized drone warfare to target civilians particularly in the Kherson region of Ukraine.

I would like to remind everyone reading that Russia was supplied drones by China, boots on the ground by North Korea, and missiles from Iran. These are not leaders the American people should be getting buddy buddy with, or else that sets us on an unprecedented path of further destruction and obliteration of Pro Democracy forces, homes of the innocent, and elimination of human rights around the world and human suffering.

I stand by Ukraine as I’m sure the world stands with Ukraine.

I really hope so. After 3 years of intense warfare, they're still standing strong; still surprising the whole world, even after losing the very important support of the US government, thanks to trumpie-turd and his tantrum.

They are showing to the world, once again, that a dictator just can't invade and take whatever he wants without serious consequences. This war also highlights the fact that the strenght of a fascist regime's legions and the will of its soldiers to die for stupid reasons is always vastly overestimated.

Dickheads like trump and putin, as well as the numerous far-right assholes who have risen elsewhere in the recent years will always meet their doom, sooner or later.

That is a broad question.

It could be answered many ways. "Winning" is not a clearcut thing. What is winning?

In some ways both have already won the war and lost the war.

On Russia's side, will they ever control the entire country of Ukraine and control their government to have a pro Russia leader? It seems like that is impossible so they've already lost. Has Russia taken a lot of land on the east that most likely won't go back to Ukraine? Yes, If that is a win then Russia has won.

On Ukraine's side, they have halted and stopped the push to Kyiv and stopped Russia from conquering the country? Yes. If Russia couldn't do it when they had 15,000 tanks and a full air force and army and navy, After Ukraine has destroyed thousands of tanks, 350 planes, several ships, about 1,000,000 killed/wounded, millions have migrated out of Russia to not be conscripted. Ukraine has won. Will Ukraine get all their land back and Crimea? Probably never so they have lost.

It depends on what win/lose means for each side.

No one wins a war. Everyone loses. The winner is declared as the country that loses the least. Considering how much bigger and more powerful Russia is, it should "win" but defending one's homeland is easier than conquering it. Both sides will lose a lot, but Ukraine will end up losing less than Russia.

What I mean is: Can they push Russia back or make it so costly for them that they have to negotiate for peace genuinely and not just as a ploy? If the current russian offer is accepted then it would definitely be a loss for Ukraine so they need to change the situation on the battlefield or just hold out longer till Russia can't sustain their war efforts anymore. Ukraine will end up losing less in manpower and gear but more in the cost of this war in other ways. The people that have moved away or died, the lost productivity etc. It will set them back decades in population growth and growth of the economy. So I agree it is a loss for them but it's still important to end the war on their terms and not on Russias terms.

Modern wars are unwinnable.
The almost-inevitable scenario now, is that the territory Russia has already captured becomes de facto Russian (but not recognized as such by either Ukraine or the west) - as Crimea has been since 2014. Russia will have to settle for that, and will paint it as a success. However, they will continue to suffer huge damage to their economy and international standing (the sanctions aren't going away), as well as frequent domestic terrorism from pro-Ukrainians, for many decades to come. Everybody loses.

Russia has way more resources than Ukraine. Talking about out spending/out building a much larger country doesn't make sense. It's like talking about the HS basketball team beating an NBA team. No matter how many free throws the little team gets it's not winning the game. Western leaders know this too and will eventually get around to saying the west needs to fight Russia directly. Of course those leaders have nuclear bunkers with 30+ years supply of food and probably government paid hookers so...

Doing more with less is the largest shift in modern warfare. Spending a few million to take out a 10 billion military then slowing down all of trucking after. That is not nothing.

Depends how you define victory. In the end will Russia give up and Ukraine can join NATO & the EU but is that a victory when consider the hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian lost lives, the complete destruction of the Ukrainian economy and infrastructure and then there's the cost of reconstruction and war debts to pay back to the sum of many many billions?

Does that sound like victory? Considering all this could have been avoided.

Ukraine lost from day one, anyway it's just a proxy war by NATO to weaken Russia before the real war. Now with US leaving NATO it'll probably be EU against Russia. Final goal or true aim is Siberian (Russian) resources not welfare of the Ukrainian people and not forgetting half of the population of Ukraine is Russian or is pro Russian which they don't tell you on TV. They're getting money from Europe and from donors. And by the way the U. S. gives away old equipment that is about to be replaced and then they put the cost of the new equipment down when they say how much they donated. The money is not missing. In a war weapons are used and then they're gone and have to be replaced.

The U. S. doesn't help as much as they claim and Trump is in love with Putin. That's why he wasn't informed of the strike on the Russian bomber fleet because Ukraine knows that the U. S. is not on their side.
